Find your ring size
For the most accurate fit, measure when your hands are at a normal temperature and avoid measuring immediately after exercise or when your fingers are unusually cold.
Measure a ring you already own
Choose a ring that fits the same finger. Measure the inside diameter straight across the centre of the ring, then compare that measurement with the table below.
Measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger without pulling it tight. Mark where the ends meet, measure the length in millimetres, and use the inside circumference column as a guide.
| UK | US | EU | Inside diameter | Inside circumference |
| F | 3 | 44 | 14.0 mm | 44.0 mm |
| H | 4 | 47 | 14.9 mm | 46.8 mm |
| J | 5 | 49 | 15.7 mm | 49.3 mm |
| L | 6 | 52 | 16.5 mm | 51.9 mm |
| N | 7 | 54 | 17.3 mm | 54.4 mm |
| P | 8 | 57 | 18.2 mm | 57.0 mm |
| R | 9 | 59 | 18.9 mm | 59.5 mm |
| T | 10 | 62 | 19.8 mm | 62.1 mm |
| V | 11 | 64 | 20.6 mm | 64.6 mm |
| X | 12 | 67 | 21.4 mm | 67.2 mm |
| Z | 13 | 69 | 22.2 mm | 69.7 mm |
Between sizes? For wider bands, the larger size is usually more comfortable. For an important purchase, a professional jeweller's measurement remains the best reference.
